REASONS TO HIRE ME
I show up. Consistently. That's rarer than it sounds.
I ask the annoying question everyone else is afraid to ask in the meeting.
I've learned that "I don't know" is the fastest path to actually knowing.
I write documentation. Voluntarily. Without being asked.
I've shipped things that were imperfect and learned more from those than the polished ones.
I genuinely enjoy making complicated things simple — in code, in explanations, in process.
I will tell you when I think you're wrong. Respectfully. But clearly.

REASONS NOT TO HIRE ME
If you want someone who just says yes — I am not that person.
I will rename your variables. I can't help it. Bad names physically pain me.
I need to understand why before I commit to how. This slows things down upfront.
I have opinions about process. Strong ones. I'll share them once and then let it go. Mostly.
I read too many books and will occasionally reference them in Slack.
I don't do well with "we've always done it this way" as a full justification.
I will ask for a meeting agenda before attending a meeting with no agenda.
KNOWN BUGS

I go deep on rabbit holes. Calendar blocking helps but doesn't fully solve it.
I underestimate how long polish takes. Every time. Awareness hasn't fixed it.
I find it genuinely difficult to stop improving something and call it done.
